Refund Terms: Your right to a refund is governed by our Standard Terms and Refund Policy. If you have already received a refund from TLC since the month of October 2021, a $20 fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time from the date of your request for refund to the date you are provided with your refund is 5 working days. Should a refund be fraudulently claimed, TLC will pursue return of the money and any costs to recover the funds including debt collection, legal, or otherwise.
