Complete the form below to receive a full and final refund of your credit balance.

Refunds take 5 working days to process once we’ve received your completed and correct form. If you’d prefer the credit balance to be transferred to your electricity retailer account, call us on 0800 367 546.

The full credit balance on the account will be refunded. If you have an automatic payment set up for your TLC account, you MUST cancel this automatic payment.

The evidence needs to show the name the account is in and the bank account number. The simplest way is to take a screenshot from your internet banking or photocopy of the top of a bank statement or ask your bank to print and sign a verification of account slip.
