  1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all individuals who live on the network and are the power bill holders of their household. TLC employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for this promotion.
  2. One Entry Per Household: Only one entry per household is permitted. Any additional entriesfor the same household will be disqualified from participating in the competition.
  3. Acceptance of Terms: By entering the competition, participants acceptand agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Entry Period: Entries must be received by us between 29th March and 31st May 2025. Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  5. Draw Date: The draw will take place on 6thJune 2025. This will be drawn under police supervision.
  6. Prize winners: The prize pack is one of ten prizes availableto be won and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize must be accepted as awarded.
  7. Prize Contents: The contents of these packs may be exchanged by TLC, depending on availability.
  8. Final Decision: The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
  9. Information Verification: By entering the competition, participants agree to provide accurate information and may need to confirm or validate their details. This includes confirming that they are the power bill holder of their household.
  10. Promotion: Participants agree to allow us to promote their win if they are selected as the winner. This may include using their name and likeness in promotional materials.
  11. Privacy: Anypersonal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
  12. Liability: TLC shall not be responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or any other issues that may prevent an entry from being received or considered.
  13. Modification and Termination: TLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
