Your Installation Control Point number is 15 characters long and is shown on your TLC invoice.
All billing and personal information gathered by The Lines Company is held and used in line with the Privacy Act 1993. This includes any medical dependency details.
Bills are usually sent out at the start of each month. A prompt payment discount is available when invoices are paid in full on, or before, the due date.
