Faults and outages

From time to time, we may undertake scheduled maintenance of your lines, or experience intermittent faults. Our priority is to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.

Experiencing a fault?

If you have no power at all, only partial power available, the power supply is fluctuating, or there is a noise from your meter board, a fault may have occurred.

If your property is the only one affected, check the fuses or circuit breakers in your fuse box, and check the mains switch. Otherwise, contact our faults team on 0800 367 328. This is a 24-hour service.
