As an essential service provider we’re taking our responsibilities very seriously.

We’ll continue to operate

Our field service teams are available 24/7 during all traffic light levels repair outages on the network and undertake planned work.

Our staff will follow strict COVID-19 protocols to keep you, our community and our workforce safe.

Our aim is to keep things running as smoothly as possible, no matter what COVID throws at us.

How we work in the traffic light system

If we come to your place


If we’re entering your property, we’ll conduct a risk assessment, maintain safe 1m social distance, and wear PPE if required.


We’ll also wear a mask, sanitise work areas and wear gloves if required and maintain a safe 1m distance from you.


We will only undertake important and urgent works with our crews working in bubbles. We’ll keep a minimum of 2m distance from you and we will wear full PPE (masks, gloves, disposable overalls).

If you come to our place


You’ll need to show your vaccine pass and scan in using the COVID tracer app. Only enter our building if you are symptom free and always use the hand sanitizer provided.


You’ll also need to wear a mask and maintain a safe 1m distance from others. We’ll also have hand sanitiser available for you to apply when you arrive.


Our offices and depots are closed to the public. We’re still working, and you can contact us via phone, email or chat with us online.
