Once installed, simply enter your ICP number (which is 15 characters long and can be found on page 1 of your TLC invoice under ‘Current Account Summary’). More than one ICP number can be added if you have multiple properties and connections to our network.
When prompted, please approve the app to provide notifications to you on your device.
Please be aware that your device will not receive notifications if it is out of range/offline when they are sent. Only the most recent notification will be stored and delivered to the device once it’s back online or in service.
The Load Control notifications provided by the app are an indicator of Load Control within a Grid Exit Point (GXP) region only. The map is not connected to individual meters or relays so there may be times when the relay at your property and the Load Control Indicator Map differ.
Pending notifications are not able to be provided when Load Control has been activated for emergency reasons. An alert for Load Control Pending does not guarantee that a period of Load Control will follow as the Load Control pending notifications are triggered when a threshold is reached in that GXP region.
No personal user information is requested, stored, or required to run The Lines Company mobile app, nor does it collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
