Your Account

Customers are charged for each Installation Control Point (ICP) they have on their property – that is, the point where our network delivers electricity to your building/installation.

Your Installation Control Point number is 15 characters long and is shown on your TLC invoice.

All billing and personal information gathered by The Lines Company is held and used in line with the Privacy Act 1993. This includes any medical dependency details.

Bills are usually sent out at the start of each month. A prompt payment discount is available when invoices are paid in full on, or before, the due date.

Can I receive my account invoice by email?

Yes, we encourage all our customers to save resources where possible. Please call us on 0800 367 546 or email queries@thelines.co.nz to ensure we have your email address on file.

How can I pay my account?

You can pay by direct debit, online banking, credit/debit cards, cheque, automatic payments or in person at our head office (King Street East, Te Kuiti).
